The founders of Curtis Wright Outfitters have significant team building experience and a powerful formula for fostering leadership and communication skills in employees. By combining the outdoors, recreation and corporate training principles, Curtis Wright Outfitters can offer companies of all sizes a fun way to recharge and refocus their team members.
Curtis Wright Outfitters offers customized team building programs for groups of any size. Below are brief descriptions of some of our offerings. All of the programs emphasize fun team building activities that focus groups on achieving a common goal and are designed to build camaraderie, morale, leadership skills, communication skills and styles and to highlight complementary strengths. We have found that one of the major successes of our programs is the shared experience that the team members have during the process and can take back to the corporate world. Please let us know how we can accommodate your team building needs.
Here’s what a client had to say about her team building event:
“My group was looking for a fun activity with some team building included and the option to have a fly-fishing themed team building event was exactly what we were looking for. Jeff, Carlton & Kristen lead our group in several fly-fishing activities that not only taught us how to fly-fish but they also allowed us to teach, support and bond with one another and we added a little competition along the way. The setting was perfect – all we had to do was show up and they did the rest. Thanks for a great day! You were awesome to work with.” ~ Trish (YUM Team Building Event)
