Hosted Yellowstone Trip 2012 8/25/12
This morning’s conversation centered around where everyone was going to fish for the day. The Gardiner was the main focus but a few folks fished some other water as well.
Chris Ken and Chuck started with Tower Creek and moved on to Lava and finished on the Gardiner. Steve and Don hit an upper stretch of the Gardiner while Ken and Scott hike into the upper meadow of the Gardiner.
Tom, Peter and myself fished the lower Gardiner while Dick and Dave hit a middle section of the river.
eFishing started off slower in the morning , mainly because of the cooler night we had before. 38 degrees to be exact. As the day warmed then so did the fishing. Several brookies felt the tip of our hook. A few other species were thrown in , and a few really nice browns were poked as well. It was a beautiful day and the fishing wasn’t bad either.
Check back tomorrow for what happened on out last day
