From our two fly shop’s in Asheville’s Biltmore Village and Weaverville, our professional guides embark on 1/2 day, full-day, and overnight backcountry fly fishing trips, custom tailored to the needs of individuals or corporate outings (Float Fishing and Smallmouth Bass trips are also available).

Guided Trip Logistics & Requirements

  • All fishing equipment, instruction, and transportation from the store to fishing area and back are included.
  • Lunch is provided only on full day trips.
  • If you want to bring your own rod and reel, we would suggest a setup in the 2 wt. – 5 wt. range and between 6’6″ – 8’6″ or your favorite spinning rod.
  • A fishing license is required for anglers age 16 or older ~ purchase at any of our stores, ONLINE, or call 1-888-248-6834

Cancellation Policy:

  • Curtis Wright Outfitters requires a 7 day notice for trip cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the trip rate.
